Excellent service, clean and comfortable room, good restaurant, convenient public transport, free parking, tasteful baroque decor.

The location of the hotel is superb, being very close to the tram station. the staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond in terms of service. the room was beautifully decorated, the bathroom was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious - with a unique twist to it that was unexpected. the interiors were Italian themed and it gave a homely feel to the entire place.
The noise from the street and surroundings, including the church bells ringing, was a mild inconvenience.

Easy access from the airport and good for a business trip. the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and the room was clean and spacious. the bed was comfortable and they provided a good amount of towels. the breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from.
The staff was not friendly or helpful. They were not able to help with recommendations for places to eat or things to do.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Clean rooms with great facilities, free parking, and easy transportation via tram. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

The rooms were comfy and stylish, with a charming Italian theme that made us feel like we were in Italy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, especially the veal and truffle pasta. We couldn't get enough! The hotel also had a unique twist on breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Leipzig in the future.
I would highly recommend this place to our friends for its exceptional quality and service.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and overall it was good. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the variety offered. The location was convenient since it was close to public transportation and easy to get around. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
There was no Christmas spirit at the hotel, no decorations - nothing to make the holiday season special. , the heating in the room did not work properly.
